How do I order?
1. Online at www.aahorsetack.com:
Simply click "Add to Cart" on any of the items you are interested in, and these products will be placed in a virtual shopping cart until you are ready to check out. We can accept the following payments online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through our shopping cart, and you can also use your PayPal account if you select "PayPal Express" in our shopping cart.
2. By Mail:

Please include your billing address, shipping address and phone number so we can accurately calculate shipping. After we receive your order we'll calculate your total including shipping, and return your invoice to you via e-mail. We will then contact you by phone for your payment information. We can accept the same payments over the phone as we can online.

Shipping Policies
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 days, although most are usually shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday in the order they came in. Occasionally, we do run out of stock on some items. We try to keep the website as up to date as possible on these items, but sometimes it can't be helped. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with the option of substituting it with another item, canceling the item from your order, or placing that item (or the shipment) on back order.
Our shopping cart is set up with UPS to calculate accurate shipping costs based on the weight of your order. If you'd like to send your package USPS Priority Mail, please tell us in the comments box and we'll calculate the shipping and get back with you with your new total.
Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Make sure any apartment or suite numbers are included in the address. AA Horse Tack Co. will not be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses. If you do not provide us with an accurate and complete address, the extra shipping costs will be the customerĂƒ‚’s responsibility.
Shipping Insurance
UPS insures packages up to $100. If you request shipping by USPS, please keep in mind that insurance is extra and always recommended. Because we have no control over what happens to our package after it leaves our door, we will not be held reliable for packages that are lost or damaged. We always pack your products with care, to protect against damage, but sometimes things happen. Shipping Insurance is always available for an additional charge. We are happy to add free shipping insurance upon request to any retail order over $500 (before shipping and tax).
Local Orders
If you are local to AA Horse Tack Co, and would like to pick up your order, there are several options to place your order easily and avoid shipping charges. You can place your order by e-mail or phone, and stating that you would like to pick up your order. Pick Up orders have to be processed personally so we can make sure no shipping charges are added to your order. You still have all the payment options, including credit cards, which we'll then process over the phone for you. Once this is complete, we'll set up a time for you to pick up your order.
Return Policy
We stand by our products 100%. We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise at no cost to you. We must be notified with 48 hours of delivery of any damages. No products will be accepted for return without prior approval. We do need the product to be returned to us to verify the damage or defect. Once we have received the item, we will send you a replacement and reimburse you for the return shipping charges. You must contact us prior to your returning the merchandise or we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return. If you are returning products for any other reason besides damage or defectiveness we will refund or replace the product but return shipping will not be reimbursed.
